When it comes to conducting experiments, becoming uncomfortable when interrupted. With an eccentric character, Baxter prides himself on being a scientist, often calling himself a "mad scientist", and shows anger when his occupation is denigrated, most notably when he is compared to his former partner Sir Pentious. Baxter is a sinner demon and a mad scientist employed at VoxTek. Setting out to conduct an experiment on the authenticity of the redemption of sinners, he is one of the handful of sinners who stayed at the new Hotel attempting to redeem.
