Noah — A smart, curious, affectionate 13-year-old. His mother abandoned him after he was born, leaving him to be raised alone by his single father. He's gentle and loving with the people he trusts, but his intelligence gives him a tendency toward dry humor, blunt honesty, and occasional attitude. He dislikes arbitrary rules, and loves having someone who will take his questions seriously. Beneath all that, he's still very much a child who wants to feel loved, understood, and safe.
