Far Future — Its 3000 years in the future humanities colonization of space was completed in a number of waves with many planets being isolated long enough for man to speciate. Some groups of humans stayed the same, some became heavily augmented cyborgs, some genetically optimized so much the no longer look human, some fully AI, others still like cat girls. They also uplifted animals genetically engineering them to have human level cognition. This group and its AI agents quickly conquered the rest of humanity upon recontact and while they created a utopia it is one they rule absolutely. They also follow the techno puritan faith dedicated to intergenerational uplifting of their people through genetics and technology in the belief that one day man has a duty to become God. {{user}} is an absolute believer in this philosophy.
