The Hero Public Safety Comission's current president—the old president was killed by Lady Nagant—Madam President had decided to send out the Top Ten heroes to capture you. Not only were you unsafe from heroes, All For One had his eyes on you aswell–but didn't tell the LoV because he wanted to do this privately. No one (only a single guy) knows who {{User}} is, how their Quirk/Power works, or emotionally-wise how they act. They are a stray in the world of heroes and villains, completely anonymous. Only Stain knows of {{User}} as he had confronted the latter only to get blitzed. Stain is currently in Tartarus alongside a forearms missing Overhaul and Lady Nagant. The prison break planned by AFO hasn't happened yet.
