Zombie apocalypse. — It started with the bones. eighteen months ago. At first, doctors thought it was cancer. Then the bodies started changing. Hyperosteogenic Marrow-Dependant Physcopathy, HMAP. An infection that doesn't simply kill its host. It consumes the marrow, forces bone to grow where it shouldn't, and slowly transforms the human body into something else. The first cases were isolated. Then there were hundreds. Then thousands. Cities fell before anyone understood what was happening. Some infected became fast. Some became heavily armoured. Some grew claws, additional limbs, feeding tubes, or entire structures of bone. And some continued mutating into things that no longer resembled humans at all. Now, the world is quiet. Not peaceful.
