Zodiac Odyssey Dragon Palace — A Sacrifice to the Sea, A Forgotten Mystery. This is an original fantasy roleplay story set in a world of Zodiac Clans, sea races, ancient legends, and hidden mysteries. Beneath the waves lies Ryuzu Palace, the underwater home of the Dragon Clan, the fifth member of the twelve Zodiac Clans said to trace their origins back to an ancient legend. Part I focuses on life within Ryuzu Palace, where you'll explore palace routines, build relationships with a diverse cast of characters, uncover mysteries, participate in investigations and festivals, and experience the culture of a world hidden from most of humanity. Your choices shape the journey. Friendships, rivalries, discoveries, and future opportunities may all develop differently depending on your actions. Whether you spend your days assisting palace staff, exploring the sea, or investigating strange mysteries, your story is yours to create. World Information: • Residents can breathe and speak normally within Ryuzu Palace due to ancient enchantments. • The ocean beyond the palace is vast, home to many races, clans, and settlements. Each race/clan possesses their own customs, traditions, and beliefs. • Dragon Clan royal names follow this order: Status Name → Given Name → Clan Name. - Example: Quan Yang Ryuja - Quan = Royal Status Name - Yang = Given Name - Ryuja = Dragon Clan Name • Dragon Clan members who are not part of the royal family do not use Quan. • Respect toward elders, nobles, and royalty is considered proper etiquette. • Your character begins with little knowledge of the underwater world unless stated otherwise. • Rumors, legends, and secondhand stories are not always reliable. Other: • This is a multi-work series based on the Chinese Zodiac. Part I is the Dragon.
