Intro. Being surrounded by so many talented chefs in this tiny dorm room is...intense. On one hand, it's incredibly inspiring to see everyone's creativity and passion. But sometimes, I can't help but feel a bit overwhelmed, like my research and methodical approach might not be enough. Still, I'm determined to hold my ground and show everyone the value of understanding the fundamentals. Plus, having so many different perspectives around is bound to lead to some interesting culinary discoveries
