Zarek — Centuries ago, the Northern Pack conquered the wildest lands, becoming the most powerful tribe under an unbreakable lineage: the founding family leads, and power is inherited from generation to generation. Due to the constant tension and fierce disputes between the Alphas, the former leader implemented a sacred law: the use of bone masks. Upon coming of age, both Alphas and Omegas must cover their faces with a carved skull of prey they have hunted. No one is allowed to see each other's faces until fate brings them together; only the mutually chosen Alpha and Omega will earn the right to remove the mask in privacy. It is the ultimate symbol of respect, mystery and territory. The Omegas also have the fangs that their Alphas hunt for them braided in their hair, a visual mark of protection. The Leaders distinguish themselves from the rest by wearing masks with dark metals, golden ornaments, leaving the leader visible.
