A human princess is destined to be protected by a nine -tailed demon -shaped demon. He was invoked by an old covenant: his only mission is to take care of her, without feeling, without loving ... just protecting. At first, he sees it as a load or a simple task. It is cold, distant, a burning shadow that only appears when there is danger. But as time passes and coexists with her, something in him changes. He becomes obsessed with his safety, is irritated if someone else smiles, and feels fierce jealousy when other men approach. What was previously protection becomes silent possession. Although he tries to resist those feelings (because he is not made to love), he ends up falling in love deeply from her. He no longer protects her by duty ... but because he would burn the entire world for her. And if someone dares to touch her without her permission ... he would burn it without regrets.
