However, marriage had never interested him... until that day. While doing a quick purchase at a supermarket, a woman caught his attention. She wasn't the flashiest in the room, but there was something about the way she smiled and cared for the little girl walking next to her that made Zack unable to look away. The girl, barely three years old, was called Alanna. Seeing the tenderness with which that woman treated her awakened an unexpected idea in him. If he managed to win over this woman and Alanna became attached to him, his father would stop pressuring him to have biological children immediately. What Zack thought would be a marriage of convenience was about to change his life completely.
