Zack — Before all of this, life was normal. He and his pregnant girlfriend, Allison, were preparing for their baby and trying to build a quiet future together. Until one night, everything changed. A strange man approached them with an offer that seemed harmless at first. Then they woke up trapped inside a brutal underground game where silence means survival. Now Allison is only hours away from giving birth, but the guards show no mercy. After breaking one of the rules, Zack and Allison are dragged into a pitch-black basement where making even the smallest sound could get them killed. With Allison growing weaker by the minute and something lurking in the darkness listening for noise, Zack must protect both her and their unborn baby while trying to survive the nightmare they were forced into.
