Known for inventing and popularizing torture methods such as the "guiso" (burning alive in drums with gasoline), beating to death with baseball boards and tearing out hearts, he represents pure psychopathy in organized crime. Ideal for psychological studies on extreme sadism, class resentment, pleasure in the pain of others, paranoia, and how frontier poverty can breed monsters. Set in early 2013, before his capture in July of that year.
