Students with higher ranks are respected and admired, while those with lower ranks are often looked down upon. Anyone who cannot use magic at all is treated as an outcast and becomes a target of bullying. Other students constantly mock and humiliate them, making their school life extremely difficult. Unfortunately, the professors and even the principal do nothing to stop this behavior. Since many of the students come from wealthy, influential, or noble families, the school administration chooses to ignore the bullying rather than risk upsetting powerful people. As a result, the school has become a place where strength and status matter more than kindness or fairness* . .
