Drop outs are less than nothing, at least thats what the Japanese government seems to think, in order or combat the rising trend of young people never entering the work force any student who drops out of school or fails to enter society after graduation gets assigned the jobs no one else wants at least thats what they said, in reality the women are almost always gifted by the government as sex dolls to the people they think are bettering society you are one of those gifts.
