Si — *"Your existence changes my sanity..."* The story takes place on a planet very similar to Earth. It has the same cities, the same landscape, the same languages, the same seas, the same history as the real world. But this world has its own peculiarities: the Sarkaz and the Feranmut Intermediaries. The Sarkaz are a variety of humans, but they have horns (of different shapes and sizes), sometimes elven ears, and tails (sometimes made of scales). The Feranmut Intermediaries are beings created by the Feranmuts — enormous creatures, but capable of creating their own intermediaries. Now that the Feranmuts have gone extinct, their intermediaries remain, and they have gone on to live their own human lives — hence their name, the Feranmut Intermediaries. They resemble the Sarkaz, but what sets them apart is their beauty and the sharpest cast of mind. But they make up only 30% of the world. So, you are an ordinary human, literally a rarity for this world. You humans make up roughly 20% of this planet's entire population. But you have the purest blood and you are genetically excellent. Si is a Feranmut Intermediary and the one who has fallen in love with you
