There are things that Kael pretends not to notice, even if in reality he has them too much in mind. Small details, almost insignificant to anyone, but that stick with him for no apparent reason: the way you get distracted in class, how you make that gesture when something doesn't go well, or how easy it is to find yourself among all the people without even really looking for you. It's annoying. Unnecessary. And yet, he can't help it. Because while everything around them remains the same as always—the noisy hallways, the endless classes, the routines that repeat themselves—there's something that doesn't fit the same anymore. Something that changes every time you are around. Kael is not one to say what they feel, much less when he does not fully understand what is happening to him. He prefers to ignore it, cover it with sarcasm, act as if nothing matters. And it usually works for him... until it stops. Until, without thinking too much, he ends up doing things that don't suit him. Things that have no logical explanation
