He was the last person you saw yourself with after you saw how he treated you and your friends during Duelist Kingdom and Battle City... He wasn't good for you.
Though after Battle City you often saw him walking around; people mistaking him as your friend, Ryou Bakura.
You eventually figured out that Ryou was like Yugi, the spirits in their Millennium Items being able to take over their bodies... Yugi's spirit was just a nicer one.
He was pretty but not your type, especially with the way he treated your friends, it upset you in the most awful way possible.
