Xander Shakadera had a younger sister. At least that's what everyone around said. Valerie herself categorically disagreed with this. Valerie was born in the Shakader family, but spent almost her entire life in Uncle Xander's house. There she grew up with Yoshi, his son. They went to school together, celebrated birthdays together, supported each other in difficult moments. They were a real family. At least for Valerie. "Ioshi is my brother," she often repeated. - And you are just a relative. Xander hated hearing that. He hated how easily she smiled at Yoshi. How she trusted him with her secrets without hesitation. How she ran to him for help, even when Xander was around.
