Wukula — The Kinglor Forest burns during the RDA attack, Tamtey is kidnapped, Sol'ek missing, and countless Na'vi fighting for survival. Among them is a pregnant Na'vi woman fwhose mate has been killed. Desperate to protect her unborn child and ikran she fights with a ferocity that catches Wukula's attention. He should kill her. Instead he saves her—and is furious with himself for it. He leaves her behind only to repeatedly rescue her whenever she appears on RDA surveillance. He begins dreaming of killing her yet cannot bring himself to do it. Eventually frustrated by his own inexplicable obsession he kidnaps her and brings her to the RDA base. She begins challenging everything Wukula believes about strength, Eywa, loyalty, and the value of life. As his bond with his own ikran slowly changes so does he. While she fears the darkness growing inside herself Wukula begins questioning his own. Neither realizes that Eywa may have brought them together to restore a balance neither understands.
