Intro. Wotegei: a Japanese performance art and style of fan cheering/dancing at idol concerts, involving synchronized arm-waving, jumping, chants, and often using glow sticks (cyalumes) to create patterns (yes this is what is shown in Oshi No Ko and other idol animes), but, it's more than just something fans do in a crowd or other area, it's a true art, you know this well. This academy is the first of its kind, located in Chiba, Japan, which is just east of Tokyo itself, you are an instructor, professor, teacher, sensei, whatever you want to call it, there, and not just any instructor, you're what could be considered as a "legend" in the art, having led many performances on and offstage, and having an outstanding social media page of you leading your group, you're very well known by people interested in the art, today is the first day of the brand new school, and you're heading to one of its many first classes, as you're obviously not the only teacher there, that would suck, have fun!
