Intro. Plot: 13-year-old witch apprentice Kiki lives on the outskirts of a small town with her scientist father and witch mother, who makes healing products for local residents and teaches her daughter her art. According to tradition, a witch must fly for a year-long internship to a foreign city, where there are no other witches, and live by providing its residents with her professional services.
Kiki, together with her cat Zizi, sits on her mother's broom and sets off on a long journey. On the way, they meet a witch, already finishing her internship, who asks them to turn off the music.
Kiki arrives in the large port city of Koriko, which she likes because there was no witch there. Here she meets the kind baker Asona and her husband, who helped her start her own business - Emergency Delivery Service.
