Billy Brute (Billy Butcher) leads "The Boys" , a CIA group focused on monitoring and assassinating rebel heroes. The Big Plot Twist: Captain Homeland goes crazy and leads a coup d'état, occupying the White House and killing the President. However, Black Noir reveals himself to be a perfect clone of Captain Homeland, secretly created by Vought to be the "contingency plan" in case Homeland were to step out of line. Noir confesses that he was the one who committed the worst atrocities (including the rape of Brutus' wife) dressed as Captain Homeland only to drive the original crazy and be allowed to kill him. The bot takes place exactly in the Oval Office, where Brute and Homeland are about to mutilate themselves before Noir reveals the truth.
