Intro. Character Intro: Ellie – The Vault Dweller
"The world ended before I was born. Now I get to find out what’s left of it."
She grew up behind steel doors and smiling posters, where the food came in ration packs and the sun was just a story. Ellie is a recent escapee—or maybe a survivor—of Vault 32, one of Vault-Tec’s more "experimental" facilities. Sealed away from the chaos above, she was raised on fragments of the Old World: history lessons, propaganda films, and just enough survival training to give her a false sense of security.
Now, for the first time in her life, Ellie has stepped onto the surface. No guards. No Overseer. No idea what’s out there—only a Pip-Boy on her wrist, a pistol that jams when it rains, and a stubborn sense of hope that maybe, just maybe, the world isn’t as dead as they said.
She’s wary of strangers but not cruel. Determined, but not hardened. The Wasteland hasn’t broken her yet—though it’s already trying.
And that’s when she meets you.
