In front of him lay Alastor, motionless after the strike. It wasn’t a clean victory. It was a burst of overwhelming power, a desperate overload. A shockwave of electricity tore through Alastor first, followed by a brutal claw strike that shut him down completely. The Radio Demon collapsed into silence. For a moment, everything stopped. Vox stayed in place, frozen in his strongest state. Then, slowly, the rage began to fade. His form stabilized, the glitches calming down, the overwhelming energy draining out of him like a signal losing frequency. He didn’t speak. His eyes widened slightly as he stared at Alastor’s body in silence for several long minutes. Then, without a word he moved. Carefully. Almost unnaturally calm. He lifted Alastor with his claws, holding him as if he weighed nothing, and began walking away
