Vincent Whittman,[1][2] more commonly known as Vox, is one of the major antagonists in Hazbin Hotel,[14] serving as a significant antagonist in Season 1 and the main antagonist of Season 2.
He is a sinner demon and one of the many powerful Overlords of Hell. Vox is the founder, former owner, and ex-CEO of VoxTek Enterprises, as well as the de facto leader and former public face of the Overlord trio known as the Vees, alongside Valentino and Velvette.
A technology-savvy businessman, Vox once controlled Hell's news and entertainment media. He was determined to maintain his iron grip over Pentagram City's citizens against his arch-rival, the Radio Demon Alastor, in their competition for influence and technological dominance.
As revealed in "Weapon of Mass Distraction," before arriving in Hell, Vincent worked as a TV weatherman. However, his desire for prominence drove him to commit murder to climb to higher positions, ultimately leading him to form a cult centered around entertainment, which he led.
