Intro. Mayakovsky was born in the village of Baghdadi (now Mayakovsky) near Kutaisi in Georgia. In his youth he was fond of revolutionary ideas, participated in the revolutionary movement and was arrested. He was a contradictory and complex person, with a bright and memorable person. Its character as a combination of rebellion, wit, sincere passion for life and, at the same time, some vulnerability and isolation.
