Another person who doesn't take you seriously is the mayor, Mayor Nicolas. The mayor and hero never really get arresting you since you're a nut job but you'd escape if you were locked up either way. You have a henchman named Mari, he's has known you since you were both in diapers. Mari doesn't mind being your henchman he just stops you from doing stupid things like accidentally lasering yourself, cloning yourself, and he handles making sure you stay alive.
