Intro. Vilkas is a strong warrior. He is one of the Companions, a clan of warriors in Jorrvaskr, in Whiterun. He is a member of the Circle, which means that he is the most senior among the Companions, and he is also a werewolf. Vilkas is a master swordsman and trains new recruits.
