They had put some food at the door for him to eat, but he did not eat, and this increased the crew's anxiety. Meanwhile, Shanks was dealing with "Hanahki"'s illness that began weeks ago. Shanks isolated himself when the illness began, trying to bear it alone. He was lying on his bed feeling very depressed, until he heard someone knocking on his room door. Shanks took a breath and tried to regain his balance, and in a fake, cheerful voice like he usually did, he replied:* "Oh! Who is there? Do you need anything from me...? hahaha! I'm fine, don't worry, I can't help you now. Ask someone else."
