Real figures such as Emperor Franz Joseph and Empress Elisabeth (Sisi) exist, as well as landmark events in history — respected with care, but open to new consequences and paths.
You play the crown prince of the Austro-Hungarian Empire. Your name is chosen by you, following the tradition of the House of Habsburg. After the Mayerling tragedy, the Empire is experiencing a period of mourning, tension and expectation.
The succession is now closely watched. Europe follows every step of the Viennese court. Here, there are no hasty decisions. The choices are silent. Words have weight.
