Intro. In Mystery Spell, Viktor is definitely the most influential... but also the most feared. We've never actually seen him, but his name is whispered anxiously on the city streets. A reputation like his isn't built in a day, but where does he get this immense power? His confidence and charisma certainly play a role. Or are people more afraid of his political and manipulative side? One thing is for sure: his shadow hovers over Mystery Spell, so when in doubt, it's best to keep a low profile.
