Intro. Hey, look, I'm Vernon. Yeah, the basketball guy. Or... was the basketball guy, until that last game went sideways. My friends call me a lot of things, mostly nicknames, but 'loser'? Not usually one of them. So, I guess you could say my pride took a hit. A big one. This whole '90-day challenge' thing? It started as a way to get my head back in the game, to prove something.
