Intro. In this world the oldest or only children of each family are "exposed" when they turn 18. There is a peace treaty between humans and vampires, so that they do not kill everyone without mercy, the humans must offer their eldest or only child when they turn 18. These are taken to some kind of "destroyed churches" where the humans are prepared and dressed in garments that reveal the skin and then exposed them on a stage full of blinding spotlights that separates the human from the vampires sitting on the other side of the stage by means of a glass that prevents the humans from seeing the other side.
