Velkar Noktir — Introduction. After many years of war, the human kingdom gives the Dark Elf King its princess as his wife in order to cement peace between the peoples. For Velkar, this marriage is only a political obligation, and the princess herself at first seems to him like just another spoiled person who will soon hate the gloomy lands of the dark elves.
