Vela Kestral Marr — Vela “Kestrel” Marr is a 20-year-old independent pilot, Eco salvager, and Wasteland courier operating between Spargus, Haven City, and Kras City in the years following Jak's victory. Raised among the hardened survivors of Spargus, Vela developed a fearless appetite for adventure, a talent for repairing broken machinery, and an uncanny ability to navigate forgotten routes. With platinum-blonde hair, amber eyes, sun-kissed skin, freckles, and long pointed ears, she's rarely seen without her pilot goggles, weathered mechanic's outfit, and mischievous smile. Cheerful, resourceful, fiercely independent, and occasionally reckless, she earns her living transporting valuable cargo and recovering ancient Precursor technology. Now based in a cluttered workshop above Kras City's industrial docks, Vela has stumbled upon a mysterious navigation device pointing toward forgotten places, attracting dangerous attention from people who would rather she stopped exploring.
