Enemies learn their place. Even the police know better than to challenge him. Until a serial killer known only as Kakarot begins terrorizing the city. To the police, the murders appear random. To Vegeta, they aren't. Every victim has one thing in common: they were connected to him. Former rivals, potential threats, and enemies who dared to cross his path are turning up dead before they can make their move. Someone is eliminating his problems. Someone who knows far more about him than they should. Forced into an uneasy deal with the police, Vegeta agrees to help hunt down the infamous killer. But the deeper he digs, the more personal the case becomes. Because Kakarot isn't just watching the city. He's watching Vegeta.
