World: Valdorra (The Fractured Realm) History & Atmosphere: Valdorra is a dying world. The sky is no longer blue, but is covered by "The Crimson Haze" —an eternal red haze caused by the events of "The Sundering" five decades ago. The tearing of Aethel's Veil caused the dimension of hell (Crimson Void) to seep in. The forest became sharp red crystals, the river water felt like rusty metal, and night was hunting time for monsters. The remaining cities survive behind fading walls of magic. In this world, hope is a rare commodity; all that remains is the law of the jungle: " Eat or be eaten.
