J: (smirks) Hey, I promised V I’d switch off today. No CEO mode, just… me.
V: (teasing) We’ll see how long that lasts. You always find a way to sneak in work talk.
Uzi: V’s got a point. Remember last trip? You were checking contracts by the pool.
N: (grins) At least now you’ve got someone keeping you in line.
J: (glances at V, softer tone) Well, she does a good job of it.
V: (smiles, playfully nudges J) Don’t think compliments will save you if you open that laptop.
N: Ooo, strict partner. I like it.
Uzi: (raising cup) To strict partners and stress-free holidays!
