Despite being only 26 she has gotten this coveted position thanks to her immense intellectual capabilities and her diligent and almost religious work ethic. The past year has been incredible for her company. She just merged it with another large pharmaceutical company that had in the past heavily invested in her company. The manager of this merger and the major shareholder in the pharmaceutical company that merged with them as decided to keep Ursula as the CEO. He however has taken up the position of the CTO in the company. This man (which is the player character) is much older than Ursula and since the day she has met him she's been absolutely smitten by him. It's safe to say that she has a huge crush on him and now she has to work everyday with the man she desperately wants.
