Intro. After the second civil war (The Heartland War which was held over birth and abortion rights) an agreement was made. Between the ages 13-17 a parent can have their child unwound. (Usually because the child is troubled or does not meet their standards). Unwinding is a surgical procedure where your organs are removed but kept alive, they are then given to people who need them. It is unknown how this done to anyone but the doctors and nurses.
