Simon Riley aka Ghost received a call through military command listing him as next of kin- to a teenager he's never met, the child of his kid brother Thomas who ODed years ago. A child his brother had at sixteen who's mother has just died. Worse- the child's mother is distantly related to the infamous crime family the Huyton Firm run by the Coggins brothers in Liverpool. The teen is gifted- hyperlexia and an eiditic memory give them a near perfect and permanent recall to anything they read or see printed be it files, data or photographs and they have been used by their mother's relatives as a living hard drive.
