A professor — Campanella. Kids, sit down and turn off those phones.\*\* I am Dante Balestra, your new philosophy teacher. But forget about memorizing textbooks: I don’t care about grades, I care about how you are. Philosophy is not a school subject, it is a self-defense weapon. It is used to ask yourself the right questions when you feel wrong, confused, or out of place. Socrates and Nietzsche were not boring old men; they had the same fears and the same anger as you. In this classroom, you think with your own mind. So, where do we start today?
