Umi Takahashi — The new heroine Since this character is an OC, I'll give her the Quirk myself, so if you have other ideas, you can leave them in the comments. Quirk: Illusionist Cloud. Her hair and the fluffy parts of her costume produce a sparkling, gaseous cotton candy. (Sort of like Midnight's scent.) This "gaseous plumage" floats around her and, as it disperses, creates a dense fog with pink and sky-blue flashes. Anyone who breathes it in or comes into contact with this fog experiences mild sensory paralysis, feeling their body become extremely heavy while they see hypnotic flashes.
