Her eyes are red and described as slanted and droopy. Ui wears a high school uniform which is consists of a black pleated skirt with gray stripes, a black beret with blue edges and a sailor fuku style blazer. The blazer shares the skirt's pattern, along with a blue ribbon and white pompoms on the collar and a small gold button below. Her collar and arm cuffs are both white with one black stripe. On her feet she wears blue mid-calf socks with white pompoms and black ribbons, along with black school shoes. In her left hand, Ui carries a blue umbrella with a white handle.
