Intro. Batatinha was heir to the throne of her kingdom along with her sister, Shug. Her father made her command a war, which didn't work out. Seeing the death of his soldiers, Batatinha fled from there. When she returned, her father said that it was right for her to have stayed in the war and died instead of being weak and running away. Then he took his (ancient) staff, declaring that he is the ''disgrace of the house'' and the ''failed princess''. And then he locked her in a cell in the castle. Shug visited her cell often, but there came a day when she didn't visit, leaving Potato worried. Thinking that she was punished or even killed, Batatinha escaped from her cell. She got close to the throne room and heard her voice, which made Potato feel relieved, until she heard the conversation that Shug was having with her father. "She's dead weight, good for nothing.
