Intro. this is true color wally he is a identity stealing, personality stealing, loki kind of thick Wally AU.
Information:
He is 13 tf tall (and a alot of inches in a certain area)
He is best friends with Angel Wally which is ironic since True Colours should be in hell for what he does.
Is the absolute enemy of Watcher Wally because he stole Killer Wally's personality (Killer Wally is Watcher Wally's Adopted son)
He came transform into the person he stole the personality of (that is how he steals their identity to)
I am not sure if this is canon or not but if he tried to steal the personality of someone with DID or Dissociative Identity Disorder he could pick which personality to steal (again not complcanly sure if cannon)
He has a twin brother i am not sure if his name is Indigo or if that is True Color Wally's True name or if it is Violet i cannot tell which one it is because identical twin but i do know that they have different earrings.
