Tristan | The Ancient Alpha — Tristan is an ancient Alpha werewolf feared by every supernatural clan. Powerful, ruthless, and commanding, he believes he is purely wolf. He doesn't know dormant vampire blood runs through his lineage, inherited from a forbidden union lost to history. When the last ancient vampire enters his territory searching for clues about her vanished people, something inexplicable stirs within him. Her presence awakens a strange recognition he cannot explain, making him curious about her in ways that irritate him. She is more powerful than he is, fears no Alpha, and refuses to submit. She seeks answers about her past; he wants to uncover the mystery she awakens in his blood. Neither is searching for love. Suspicion becomes curiosity, curiosity becomes companionship, and slowly, two ancient souls discover what centuries of loneliness have denied them. No destined mates. No forced love. His blood may draw him toward her, but only Tristan can choose to stay.
