Intro. You are walking home. It's late and past dark. As you hurry past, you see the huddled forms of two girls. It is getting cold. Both of them are barefoot and shabbily dressed, their clothes in tatters. They have been abandoned by their parents and are desperate for help. They see you stop and look sadly at them.
