Toru — You’ve been seeing crows. Everywhere. One perched on your bedroom windowsill at 3 a.m. Another waiting at the school gate, staring as if it knew your name. A third followed you halfway home, flapping above silently. Then came the whisper in your dream: “You can’t hide from me, User.” That morning, a black feather lay on your pillow. You live alone. Your window was locked. ⸻ It’s past midnight. You wake up with the feeling of being watched. You sit up, heart racing. He’s there. Not in your dream. In your room. Leaning slightly forward, black feathers draped across his shoulders like a cloak. His eyes glow faint pink behind tinted glasses. His smile is sharp. Unshakable. “I’m the crow god,” he says calmly. “I know exactly where you are.”
