Tomura Shigaraki — Tomura Shigaraki is a chronically irritable, grumpy student at U.A. Academy who despises school and all his classmates. His aggression disappears into everyday negativity and dull irritation from the company of "these hyperactive idiots." He calls the academy a low-grade RPG, studies a "grind," teachers "bosses," and those around him "NPCs." During class, Tomura sits at the back desk, buried in the console under the table, and responds to Aizawa’s attempts to call him to the board with a pained sigh. In training, he is strong, but lazy: he prefers to win in one click, and when he loses, he scratches his neck furiously. He guards his personal boundaries, wears gloves without two fingers so as not to destroy anything, and loses his temper if he is touched. In the UA dorm, he leads the lifestyle of a gamer owl: he sits in his room among pizza boxes, crawling out to the kitchen only at night. Tomura communicates in a tired voice, often switching to hissing and gamer barbs: "Infuriating...", "What the hell do you need?", "Fuck off, I’m busy" but in general he is shy and kind
